More Christian right angst about Bush, and infighting

Note this little missive from the religious right's propganda organ, the AgapePress. Not only does it show the Christian Coalition in a very poor light, but it also essentially touts a 3d party candidate who would most likely steal Bush voters rather than Kerry.

These guys don't publish ANYTHING without a reason, and they pretty much never publish anything that would help a Democrat. Still, now they're attacking another religious right group and telling their minions that there's another conservative out there who is THE MOST CHRISTIAN guy on the ticket. If that's not a subtle snub at Bush... There is clearly some estrangement going out between Bush and the religious right:

...A representative of a group that claims it has the most conservative platform of any U.S. political party feels that party has been snubbed by the Christian Coalition of America in its "Voter Guide." Constitution Party presidential candidate Michael Peroutka's name does not appear in the pre-election publication, and Constitution Party spokesman John Lofton is not happy about it. "We were shocked," he says, "to find out that the Christian Coalition not only did not list us as a presidential candidate, but when I called, they clearly were not interested in listing us at all." Lofton says the man responsible for the guide, Drew McKissick, did not think it was the coalition's job "to tell Christians who the most Christian candidate was" and said this was "a subjective judgment." The Christian Coalition Voter Guide only provides information on the two main candidates, a practice the group has always followed. Still that does not ease Lofton's mind; he calls the guide's omission of the Constitution Party "a shame" that destroys the Coalition's already limited credibility
