Has anyone noticed that Bush can NOT speak about Iraq at a public event WITHOUT LOOKING DOWN AND READING TALKING POINTS? He has done this EVERY day for the past week, plus - including today. He simply can NOT speak about his position on Iraq without READING it from a NOTECARD. Good God, the man is using a cheat sheat.
