Bush Warns Americans They Are 'Still Not Safe'

This comes the closest yet, in my eyes, to Bush wagging the dog. Everyone knows Al Qaeda wants to get us, no surprises there. But for the president to feel the need to tell Americans outright that "we're still not safe" strikes me as a bit of overkill, so to speak. It's electioneering fearmongering, and it's wrong.
