Absolutely ridiculous. Have they learned nothing? They should have agreed to let them censor it WITH A NEW PERSON IN THE ROOM WHO COULD OBJECT TO ANY OF THE CENSORING IF THEY WISHED. That way we could ensure that the DOD wasn't censoring, oh, say, something newsworthy? How in God's name can they trust these liars?
