U.S. Mulling How to Delay Nov. Vote in Case of Attack

Not sure if it's smart or not to be announcing this publicly. Maybe it helps because Osama will know that the show will go on, with or without him. Or perhaps it's bad, since Osama now knows we're, yet again, freaking out over his threats.
