Just in time for the peak vacation season. What timing! With the report stating that Iraqi oil is exporting under capacity, I really have to wonder about the earlier report (below, "Bushies without financial data on Iraq from UN auditors...") where there were issues relating to the inadequate records of Iraqi oil production. There clearly are a lot of paybacks going on over there so one has to wonder if the world is getting stuck with the bill for activities over there.
