The diocese of Covington, KY (just across the river from Cincinnati) is also talking about filing under Chapter 11. The archdiocese of Cincinnati is taking full advantage of secular laws so they are not concerned about filing because the statutes of limitations have expired already. Thank goodness they're able to pick and choose which law they want to apply. Who cares about whether or not the crime was committed?
