National Public Radio has published the Armys' entire Iraqi abuse report (you know, the one Rumsfeld and Gen. Myers didn't have the time to read). The report is classified and can't be read by foreigners. So if you're a foreigner (or an American with dark hair and a tan), close your eyes, and no peaking.
