It's funny how the administration usually promotes a black and white world and now we're hearing Rummy grinning as he says that "Geneva doesn't say what you do when you get up in the morning" and the attorneys are suggesting that the Geneva Convention is open to interpretation, despite General Pace telling the Senate that it sounds like there is a violation.
